Roberta Rea - President
Roberta Rea has developed her company on over 30 years of career placement experience. She's in her 24th year specializing exclusively with Shopping Center professionals nationwide and internationally. She specializes in the placement fields of management, leasing, asset management, marketing, development and corporate positions of COO, President and CEO. Beginning her career in Arizona, she was formerly trained by one of the largest executive search firms in the country. Roberta has been an ICSC speaker and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. She has been nationally recognized for her achievements in the Executive Search Placement field. Roberta has a B.S. and B.S.E. in Psychology.
John McAuliffe - Vice President
John McAuliffe has been with Roberta Rea + Co. Inc. since 1997 placing real estate professionals for both shopping center developers and retailers nationwide. John specializes in the areas of Leasing, Retail Real Estate, Development, Construction, Acquisitions, Asset Management and Finance. John received his B.A. in 1991 from the University of Miami and his J.D. in 1994 from the University of Miami School of Law.
Chris Rollbusch - Vice President of Management & Marketing
Chris Rollbusch has been with Roberta Rea + Co. Inc. since 1997 and specializes in placement in the Shopping Center Industry. His efforts are focused in the placement of General Managers, Marketing Directors and Operations Managers. His work includes regional malls, urban developments, streetscape projects and strip centers throughout the United States. Chris is a graduate of San Diego State University with degrees in Psychology and Business Management.
Shelle Orlansky - Vice President of Retail
Shelle has over 20 years of experience in the retail industry and is going on 9 years of experience in retail executive search. Before joining Roberta Rea + Co. Inc. Shelle began her retail career at Neiman Marcus and then became a buyer for a chain of sportswear specialty stores where she contributed to their growth from 7 stores to 30 stores. She is also an entrepreneur who started and owned a successful upscale clothing store for 9 years, which generated $1 million in sales annually. Ms. Orlansky holds a Bachelors degree in History from U.C.L.A. She has successfully placed individuals in retail operations, buying, design, sourcing, product development at all levels- Managers to Vice Presidents. Shelle has a complete understanding of the retail industry and is dedicated to finding top talent to take your company to the next level.
Sara Fraschetti - Director of Retail
Sara Fraschetti has been in Executive Search for 3 years and brings her prior experience in Advertising and Real Estate to the Retail Industry. She graduated from California Polytechnic University San Luis Obispo, where she received her B.A. in Liberal Studies and minored in Psychology and Business. Sara is proactive in networking; and utilizes her real estate training and knowledge to source top talent and assist client companies in fulfilling their employment needs.
